If you gave a beggar only $1, you may only get a small helium filled balloon. Lots of helium may be in the universe but there are lots of beggars right here on earth.
You may need to dig a little deeper though don't rely too much on BNL just yet for funding. BNL may need to mirror in the digging department with their permits and fill more of those balloons or preferably the coffers with substantially more than a dollar.
Jokes aside, do you have a few more of those dollars??
