bno to pay the rent

Bionomics has not attracted much interest lately, but don't let that fool you.

I think it is a good one going forward, and the price slowly falling over past days is meaningless from a TA perspective. In fact, the Neg Vol Index I include on my chart shows how it can be discounted as far as having a depressant effect on the stock.

In fact, for rebalancing to the median (Yellow line) it will need to be accompanied by either higher volume to support a true sell-off, or a reversal into a rally.

The higher lows on the main chart show that with time, the stock is enjoying a higher level of participation - it is in demand. Owners are snapping it up as the price approaches the support line (Red).

This company has moved forward after the completed genome project. With little left to achieve, they turned to the application of that technology to research and develop treatment for such things as Breast and Prostate Cancer, Anxiety, Epilepsy as well as other solid tumours, and Multiple Sclerosis.

The Board of Directors are bright and they have a good mix of experts and Management and their philosophy of being open to forming partnerships with other similar companies is sound - adding to knowledge base, sharing (and thus gaining) expertise, and sharing development risk.

I can see good things ahead for BNO. I like their research base and their target market is definitely a very high profile one. If they achieve success in just ONE of their 4 or 5 target treatments, the faithful will get their rewards.

The chart is included below and reflects the growth in sp since Sept '06. Given the low volume and bright future prospects we have a fairly positive little stock.
