If SZL had ZIP's market cap, they'd be trading at $88 today (even after their 10% drop overnight). People either choose to ignore those dilution announcements from the ASX, or don't understand them. The ASX is rampant with companies who just print shares to stay afloat, and in actual fact their 'businesses' are technically insolvent - nothing more than a convincing front to print shares and sell them. They should be given a legislated timeframe for profitability, rather than just running on promises and flashy investor presentations forever until they have billions of shares worth less than a cent each and eventually de-list because nobody will buy a single share (and the fees for upkeep on the ASX exceed what they can milk from investors).

It's ASX enabled ponzi stuff. Might take a new generation of politicians to enforce some change in this space.
