I think targeting "ponzi" schemes in particular small caps would be a big task and annihalate most ltd and commsecbe out of a job imo.... what they need to do is be more stringent on Acquisitions area (future proof for fintech and next fads)... so for example you need more criteria to pass....cant use convertible notes or shareholder funds $400 million for a company if you had prior affiliations or connections with the founders full stop....or at least an approval process with listed affiliations via shareholders after disclosure of the justifications for such a massive acquisition/marketcap value and explain future projections
