I agree AMPdMobile. These eggs routinely use cloaks to manipulate existing holdings into oblivion using debt, CR, CNs, grandfather loans or a combination. Regulators claim they need to maintain a vibrant investment landscape and too many rules would ruin it, and they let it rip and claim people need to educate themselves about what they're getting into. Pffft. Sharks abound.
