The question is what will higher interest rates do - they going to go up and be sustained for some time before they come dow. The latest drama is fuel and the real estate market has hotted up again FFS. Off we go again. Anyway, the combination of everybody including ZIP paying ever increasing interest rates along with everybody sticking their prices up will have the counter intuitive result of official interest rates going up
