1. The reason it is underserved is because of high default rates. BNPL already operates on small margins, this would cut into it more. What you didn't address - and what I questioned - is whether the people behind BNPL Pay Protocol realise the risks and once those bad debts start coming in will they want to continue carrying that risk - my thoughts are they won't.

2. "Yes, the plan calls for $48 million to reach break-even - That’s what scaling into a multi-billion-dollar market looks like". So how do you think they are going to get the funds to break even. Are you going to apply fo ryour full quote of SPP? I'll be interested to see how many share holders particpate. And that's just to keep the lights on at the moment.

3. "Yes, $18 million is already secured." Read what I wrote. IF IDSB sale has goen ahead and IF the SPP is full taken up they have the funding - but you have not mentioned the other part of that - 2 more quarters of funding to get to October. Based on previous losses that means they won;t ahve $18M by October - Only a vbit over $13M, so it is not secured yet to launch.

4. "Yes more capital may be raised". Again, question goes to who would put money into this and how many more shares will they issue. When this company came out of VA, they had a little over 500M shares issued. If SPP is fully taken up, that will be 4B shares - in the space of 2 years. How many more shares and how much more stockholder dilution would there be to raise an additional $48M?

5. "Yes, break-even is forecast for 2027." Not saying it can't be done, but that's what it is - a forecast. And even if that forecast is correct, they still need operational capital for those six quarters - and that is on top of the $48M still needed.

You can put everything I write into AI and come back with your own comments, but I am still of the opinion this is not workable based on the figures.

You're welcome to have a contrarian view. People can read and assess for themselves. The SPP will speak for itself in regards to what the interest is now in OVT and how confident people feel of the BNPL Plan.
