Not just under 6 figures but with no access to larger line of credit and a bad spending habit. Obviously there is a large market，otherwise APT would not have 20B transactions，but it's not enough for this many players and the bad debt percentage will naturally be high. Only those who can access low rate debt facilities and have a competent risk team can survive.
