Yeah, I hate to say it but there have been many red flags over the last 6 months, I believe the market may now sell this off hard, as the T/O by a bigger player is now off the table. Like it or not the truth is management have really failed shareholders here. I sold at a loss from 6.6 down to 3.5 recently, but should have acted on the clear signs Sept/Oct last year. I would guess that around 80% of holders on HC that held mid 2021 may have now sold.
