Even if the next Capital Raise is only $50 million for an additional 6 month lifeline it will require the issueof 250 million or more shares.

It has no appeal to hedge funds that have subscribed previously as the volume required to pofit from shorting would need to be over 2 billion and it's simply not available.

The question to ask is there any genuine investors who would stump up 50 million $$$ in the knowledge that another raise may be required in six months at even lower prices.

What confidence would they have when the two founders have resigned from their executive positions and are free to sell their holdings without disclosure
