Cannot disagree with any of that either Goodfella, but to be fair, I don't think the 2 mentioned directors have resigned their executive positions, instead only as directors. Some view that as a positive for governance and management, because it will allow Ms Scott, with a wealth of corporate and finance experience to wield a stick, as she should. The 2 directors IMO are more attuned toward sales, so she will be able to manage the larger picture with a firm hand as well as draw more serious attention to ZIP. Which explains why she is paid so much. They can afford it, they be positive! Before you shoot me, I reckon that is the intention, but time will tell if it is successful. In the meantime it is a crap business until it pivots to a money making business model.
