Isn’t that the point tho? Downin AUstralia, the listing rules are so bad and so loose, they hardly have any listing rules.
America is the opposite of Australia. You would never have that problem in America on the NYSE or the NASDAQ.
Australia and ASX are lite Reg, there is very little meaningful compliance, a lot of high risk due to the low regulation lite-Reg environment and lack of governance rules or any real rules at all down there.
