Banks definitely don't fit into the zombie company mould, having enough capital and recurrent profit cover expenses, debts and generate a profit. ZIP is a potential zombie company. Zombie shareholders don't understand the difference between share price, market capitalisation and the underlying business which has no gap between assets and liabilities, or income and expenses
