The loan of 15% is gone, but the remaining debt of $2.6 bil covers the loan book. If ZIP went into liquidation there would be a shortfall and shareholders would be unlikely to get any return, so shares would be valueless. The secret is to keep the jig up until someone comes up with a new cunning plan. Takeover or merger IMO
