I just called and spoke to Heather.
She said the EPA department had given the green light and that her colleague was handling the application.
From her understanding they were going to meet with the company to discuss the application and it would be finalised within the next few weeks, as it was at the end of the process.
If we get approval in November, the company could potentially have rigs onsite next month if they can get a contractor!!
