My observation based on the price action is that retail investors are driving the price. If professionals were here the options would be trading at 9.5. In some respects, this is positive as it allows for very large movements higher if drilling commences. Looking at the offers and the numbers of sellers, traders are currently dominating. As I have been saying for years, you just have to love the way the company is managed, very smart people at the helm.
