Why sell?
Why keep? We don't need to hold RMS. The potential upside of holdin g shares in RMS is significantly lower than taking that capital and reinvesting it in BNR. Eg exploration on our lithium tenements. To me it wouldn't make sense for management to let RMS manage their capital for sub bag returns when they're sitting on multibag potential from their own work.
Special divvy. We'll see. For me, I have no interest in holding RMS so capital in my pocket to use myself is preferable to having it in RMS.
