BNYM/Pershing Takes major stake in POS, page-10

I was stunned to see BNYM/Pershing take a large quiet 20M stake in POS
This is no "strategic stake", this is a planned funding catalyst at a cheap SP for future CR, finance, bonds or debt. If they need $750M funding from a major holder, done!
They did it for MBN for a 20,000T ni conc pa, why not no debt POS for the same production?

They are MBNs bankers, creditors and largest shareholders who are leading the other US$5T bondholders in MBN who voted them in as the sole creditors committee reps in MBN out of 100 bondholders!
They are highly respected and have massive resources, a major new holder investing in no debt POS is a genius move by the POS team of Legends.
No cheap CR NRRI shares as I told you, just what we told you. Only the SI big boys get cheap CR shares from POS. Senator & Collyn you were wrong.
