    i guess you are saying "Sam should walk the plank"..????

    i often asked the question "why do companies put people whom are in the position of CEO that don;t have

    1) University degrees "geology" or whatever.

    2) or at the very least "have done the hard yards". lived and worked in the oilfields. started from the bottom and risen to the top.
