I don;t agree with your post that you need to have a technical education to do well in O&G.

What I am saying is this:

Sam = good.
Technical team = not so good.
Sam not holding technical team to account = Sam's head.


Sam needs to hold the technical team to account otherwise things will be so far gone that further delays or issues will result in him having to step down.
