Is this because the chair gets the deciding vote if the board is split on any decision?
This is very embarassing for him, given his recent record, or lack of.
Maybe we shareholders should have woken up earlier to this?
The gravy train must stop for him and his family if it's true, which by the rumblings of "sacked" directors may have some merit.
