The directors of Synergy are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Malkin as a non-executive director. Mr Malkin is an engineer specialising in mining and civil contracting and has more than 20 years’ experience in mining, quarrying, and civil projects. He is a member of the International Society of Explosives Engineers, the Australian Institute of Management, and the Australian Institute of Materials Handling. Mr Michael Sadler will take on the role of chairman, and Mr Paul Pupazzoni will continue as a non-executive director and the company secretary.
