I still suspect the intricacies of taxation are behind it.
However it is as likely for collateral I guess.
Either way, esp given the number involved, it is way too speculative imho to assume any thing fishy that should worry shareholders.
I instead take solace in the director buying, but even then as Jojo reminded us directors can and do often end up swallowing their own PR.
