Apologies if I am wrong in my assumptions;

the bid was unanimously recommended by the board (FACT)
So I guess if there were x board members they all thought that $3:30 was a good deal and said yes go for it.
But that does not mean that since Glen said yes as a board member of BCI that Cons Min (and there voting power) concurred with him. IMO the only votes that day were from the board members.

and cons min never backed the deal so no idea where 50% of the SH's were in favour comes from. Please explain this to me Chelkn.

Also on a side issue: if the board now know the company is worth $4.50 and they buy shares as directors today, is that not illegal? Surely the market is not going to be fully informed until the report is released?

Also I'm pretty new to the share game but surely every SH should be treated with respect and integrity? I do not see that being the case here....
