Agree with the maxims and that current board and CEO have been disastrous for shareholders. Also agree with the critiques on the strategy and buying for growth. But we are where we are now.
He even said KKRs proposal is a great price for the assets but doesn't value the brand enough...so how does he get that value recognised. There are a lot of experienced board members that could throw their hat in the ring on how to govern better as a board member. Would like to understand specifically what he's going to do to generate a better shareholder outcome than either the KKR / SOL proposals.
I need something more specific about the two birds in the bush he's promising given the ones we have in hand.
