    West Australian reporting a board change~ Wheeler out for Fulida vice~president and Wellao General Manager, Kanda Lu.

    Could explain the deal for 6 million worth of new shares @0.24 cents.

    And Fulida get only a couple of million back from the sale back to WLD of their half of the Wellao joint venture.

    Any thoughts on Fulida's intentions in the light of these changes?
