Controlled buying at these ridiculouse levels is smart. Look at PDY.. .3c recently - now 3.1 cents..
YRR as a 10 bagger would make it 60 cents... which is still way below its true marketable value due to the vanadium resource- not to mention the massive U tenements..
Looks like the buyers gave it a rest today..??
