So surely this means that rail negotiations with FMG have now unofficially ended with an unfavorable result for BRM.
As a result, none of these directors (Wayne included) are needed for WN to progress rail on it's own.
I am hoping the upside is that rail is now being progressed by WN rather aggressively and we will still see some progress on the usual time frame. I can't help but think that we would have got there by ourselves > 12 months ago, without the "help" of WN.
