    i think that the board and all company head's should have a large wage claw back and no rises an till farmer's start to make a profit and us share holder's and as far as the head of the company goes you wright in to there contract they only leave with a big pay out if the company is well in the black but if it's running at a loss they get nothing that should keep them honest i would hope
