I don't think I have ever seen such public contempt for his Board expressed by a fellow Board member & major shareholder as Rosen's comments. Lord only knows what the internal condition of the Company must be if this is its public face. No wonder they can't find a CEO!! Would anybody take the job?
The company may well pull through based on earlier work.
Certainly still a 'hold' based on legacy (from the Ogru period...). But perhaps its best future would be bought out at a modest premium to present sp by an entity that could clear out the whole of the top echelon?
