Seems a bit rich to comment on the cost of a GM. A simple GM mailout & perfunctory legals/etc should cost $20-30k MAX. The last one apparently cost $150k!!! How??? Maybe one reason because of the proxy-people ringing up every bloody day (& probably every other shareholder!!!). That can't have been cheap! I really object to my shareholder money being wasted on expensive 3rd party proxy counters, that was probably over $50k right there. I bet they do it again. And the rest in legal & other hangers-on who need to hold these clowns hands.
A GM for a dormant junior explorer is NOT $150k. Try harder fellas!!!
