Arafura haven't even satisfied the conditions precedent for the GSA yet, or taken FID on the Nolans project.
Let's wait for them to actually at least turn the first sod on it before we start banking our dividends. I remember them talking up this project back in 2011 when Lynas was up-and-coming, it's 13 years later and they've still done nothing on it.
