    Todays ARU announcement of further debt funding US$115 million extends confidence in CTPs ability to initiate 6 monthly dividends 1c. Board can be prompted to do so with submission of 249D notice timed to be dealt with on same day as 2024 AGM. When Board declares first 1c dividend 249D could then be withdrawn should shareholders choose.
