Continuing flatlining share price without dividends is no longer defensible.

At share price 5c a 1c dividend gives 20% yield. That itself makes shares worth significantly more than they now are. 6 monthly 1c distributions gives 5c share dividend yield 40%. Again increasing value of shares.

2024 AGM could be proceeded by 5% of shareholders lodging 249D notice. That would have to be dealt with by Board within mandated time period.. 249D could be lodged so that prescribed time period could be satisfied on same day as 2024 AGM. 249D could nominate 3 Directors for removal.

Salary Strike could proceed and 249D could be withdrawn following success of S.S.

It is manifestly obvious to Board shift in their dividend distribution thinking from " consideration ", & 2026 " guidance " intention to distributions now is shareholder decision.

Shareholders begin planning for these actions now.

If LTIP is for each year CEO will be paid AU$565068 + $502910 i.e. $1067978 yearly for next 3 years.

If is paid once after passing of 3 years, pay in 4th year alone is $565068 + $502910 i.e AU$1067978.
