    New government contracts give 8.75 cps (2025) & 10.7 cps ( 2026 ) net income to CTP. CTP can pay dividends now and should begin with SPECIAL DIVIDEND at AGM of 2 cps. Salary Strike and 249D are still appropriate until SPECIAL DIVIDEND 2 cps followed by continuing quarterly distributions of half a cent are made.
