Yeah I would say they have a very large majority controlling the numbers judging by the last general votes.Still doesn’t really explain why they are all so content on the way the SP is performing unless they are all heavily invested in whatever company may be about to acquire it with a low ball offer and therefore greatly benefit in doing so,if this happens big questions really need to be asked and investigated.
