It was last night.  And the Kipoi investment is designated AOB - Absence of Objections  - perhaps a rubber stamp in World Bank speak? Should hear from Tiger sometime today, or tommorrow morning I reckon. So get in early before the price rises!

One thing the down-rampers are forgetting is that the terms of the loan has an interest only period till January 2017, which will provide Tiger with additional short-term protection from the current lows in Cu price - from a cash management perspective.
