EC,You MAY recall prior to the AGM, that support was announced by the Co from ARUP and K coal, with much mooted on the 29th during and after the AGM wrt negotiations in progress with other similar size stake holders,,,, for what reasons ?

If they have to stoop to another plan F, then a trend would be repeated, which would mean plan G might be another SSH placement?:-)

You might glean a clearer understanding imo by re- reading anns, and posts regarding director's public statements on such matters,, or perhaps ring the Co and see whether they are in a position to comment whilst plan A is the focus ?

It has to come out in the wash one way or another, in the fullness of timeframes announced and discussed here.
