In my humble opinion ...

I think we'd all agree that NY is not stupid. He's financially astute, with a background of financial wheeling and dealing. He's not a charity! He's out to make money .... lots of it!

He's aware of the angst and pain he's causing both ESI and shareholders. And he's also well aware of ESI's financial position.

And he's also fully aware of the HUGE potential of ESI.

The delays are not accidents - they are part of a plan.

And the letter just before the AGM was certainly no accident - it was a well planned and strategic move.

So we must ask ... "What's his plan?"

Don't be surprised at anything my friends - you can be sure of one thing - he does have a plan. And the chess pieces are slowly moving into position

I'm reminded of Richard Geer, in Pretty Woman.

No wonder the boards having a tough time ....
