To graphically illustrate what I am suggesting..take Lismore AFT' flagship
outlet. In the 2013 Annual Report..the Co. stated that sales of $875,000
had been achieved in the "last 4 months of 2013'..Say around $220,000
per month.and "PROFIT " was achieved!!.

In the recent half yearly...Lismore was stated to have sales of $500,000
in the "first 6 mths of 2014"..or around $85000 per month.So..sales have declined
around 60% in the space of 10 months.I think it is safe to a say Lismore is
now FAR from profitable..AND ..AFT want to "roll" out more outlets. You have got
to be joking..Management cannot seem to see the basics of cost/benefit..rather
preferring it seems to blindly follow some bizarre "outlet" scheme in the name of "growth
strategy..and hope shareholders will swallow it..Not me anyway..

    Cheers
