I'm sure someone's kidding themselves, thats for sure. Kidding themselves about their level of knowledge about matters that very few people (presumably most of them in India) would have definite factual insight into.

The only people kidding themselves are those who claim to know whats about to happen, as opposed to just guessing (with a side of unwarranted swagger). Of course you can guess and be right. ...or wrong.
