Board meetings

If I recall correctly, there was some commentary previously regarding BTAs generally requiring boards to approve prior to our customers signing on.

From what I understand, boards generally meet on a monthly schedule.

With this in mind:

1. FERC and EPC was announced around 16 Nov
2. It is now only 15 days later

If companies are waiting on FERC and/or EPC, and then have to wait for a board meeting, there is a minimum window of 1 to 30-odd days from the announcement to the time the board of a customer signs off on the BTA.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a good chance, with business operating on a standard schedule, that our customer's boards haven't met to finalise the contracts yet.
