Sure, but he's still holding those 10mil shares. Even if he's free carrying them, that's still his money and makes no sense just to throw it away on something you think is doomed to fail (which is how I see so many people react about this), so clearly he wouldn't be thinking that. For me, the fact he's holding those shares is reassuring.
