Agreed. I've had multiple discussions with Roger and other Board members about the lack of BoD's buying and how bad it looks. Supposedly the topic has been discussed at various Board meetings... yet we still have nothing to show for it.

I emailed Roger a week ago regarding this point and didn't receive a response. He didn't even bother with his usual approach "I'll raise your concerns with the Board". I will follow him up.
