Scrimpy, TK can't sell his 10 m "free" shares because there is only ever been 7m on the buy side.
As soon as he sells just 1 share he has to report it as a substantial share holder. It will cause armageddon to the price.
What would be nice is if he bought and reported "buying 3m shares on market.'
I worry that our last hope for this company is on Medgate with this caveat "not receive material revenue from the pilot project. Either party may terminate the joint development and pilot agreement by providing 30 days’ notice."
It is worry that our major last hope could end up like sanofi and RB.
I have absolutly NO faith in revenue from Ilara health out of Kenya.
I believe this could be the last roll of the dice.
