Rightly said WOP. I always doubted his intentions when he sold half of his shares to pay for another half. He is a shrewd person.
Now I doubt his capabilities as a leader of this company. If we assess companies progress in terms of SP since it has been relisted and TK been CEO, it's a big letdown and will look really ugly on TK CV.
Plus I would say, quite often he has not been true to the market and SH by hiding information.
For instance, the company really never gave a clear explanation for 1st clinical trial failure, except for background noises and mixed cough recordings. What was the technical problem with the recordings? and who was responsible for it?
The company also hid the information regarding FDA failure, until they did the final announcement.
TK always has 10 excuses and 0 reasons for his failures!
