Re cap raise price I don’t agree. Morgan’s also still have a price target on RAP of 13 cents which is well over double the current share price.

Re the Dr’s options: I can confirm the Dr exercised 3m of them (refer to announcement on 22 sept) AND more importantly still holds them.

Correct if I am wrong but Morgans have had spec sp on RAP at 32c 25c , 22c, and now 13c.
Not sure any body really believes Morgans guesstimation any more.
Morgans raised $7m and $7.5m at 22c and 20c to SI and they all got burnt.
Three times lucky I doubt it. We have to be happy they are still covering us at all as no other respectable
broker would touch us at present with a barge pole.
I wish I had followed BL out the door at 32c
