Incidentally, you need to take a lot more care with your numbers. You wrote 0.05c when the options are in fact 5c. Making mistakes like that really undermines your credibility.
How would delisting making this annoying for a short position? That's the ideal outcome! Your loan expires at zero, you're off the hook for any kind of interest payments or capital repayment, and you never have to cover the position.
