Agreed - we seem to get done over every time. Any compaint to the ASIC is a waste of effort as far as I can tell from my experiences.
The positive is that some months ago many on HC were suggesting Readhead should be ousted (same time as IT) given the debalce that had occurred and now it has happened. Time to move on which is hopefully forward.
