Board must clarify FTI’s appointment, page-10

You would think the directors are reading every article written on Oroton assiduously, including the lack of disclosure on the some 17 separate meetings held on Oroton’s finances with Deloitte’s as disclosed in the AFR today, none of which the ingenious Oroton Board members disclosured at any point.
I suspect the Oroton directors are staring down the barrel of prolonged legal action against them that will now dog them, given their age, for the rest of their professional and business lives.
